Almost all sessions can be held via Zoom/remotely and in-person. I have been qualified in working with energy therapies since the early 1990s.
Treatments are extremely relaxing and I have seen great results with clients with many ailments. This work is holistic in nature and a general feeling of wellbeing and upliftment is felt.
Like many holistic practitioners, I have walked the path and tried everything. In my case, to relieve the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Graves Disease, migraines, anxiety and depression. Healing played a major role in my road to recovery. I was able to get back to living a normal life after a series of Reiki treatments, to which I was eventually attuned to. I have found new healing modalities that just get stronger and stronger as we evolve and raise our consciousness. I haven’t had a migraine in years and if any old symptoms flare-up, I have the tools to relieve and transmute them.

Epigenetics - We Are Not Victims
Learning about consciousness and the electromagnetic field that we emit takes everything to the next level. Dr Bruce Lipton is a pioneer in epigenetics. Epigenetics simply means above the genes. I recommend his book, The Biology of Belief where he has proven we are not victims of our genes. He found instead that we are a product of our environment, including influential people around us from conception into early childhood.
I have techniques to get to the underlying root of problems. Of course I do advice you to seek medical advice. However, there are many processes that are gentle and in harmony with the nature of our body, mind and spirit. We are not one dimensional, and it is prudent to approach ourselves as the multi-layered, multi-dimensional beings we are.
